Mr. Fertig has been my children's law gaurdian in family court on several occasions. I think he is very knowledgable in this area of practice. He seems to be able to read both the kids and the parents very well. To put it frankly, I think he is wise to the BS some people try to put forth. I thought he represented my kids' interests very well, and was fair, truthful, and lawfully responsible in his report.
