I'm a 40-year old life-long resident of upstate NY. I've been practicing in the areas of personal injury, criminal law and family law for the past 13 years. And believe it or not, I have almost always wanted to be a lawyer - ever since the fifth grade!
I know that I made the right choice. While practice in these three areas can be very stressful, at times it can be extremely rewarding. I have yet to experience a feeling greater than winning a criminal trial, hearing the words, "not guilty" and walking a client out of the courthouse, a free person. If you ever get the chance to do that, I highly reccomend it :)
