Kevin Philip Kuehner

I am a father of three.  My wife and I are both dedicated to being outstanding professionals without missing time with our children.  We both live and work in the City of Syracuse.

I have taught courses at Syracuse University for 10 years.  I have taught in the areas of Trial Technique, Evidence, Ethics, Civil and Criminal Proceedure.  I am also teaching a course in the Honors Program about the theory and practice of Police Interrogation.

I represent only individuals and not insurance companies.  My career is dedicated to advocating for my clients' rights in and out of court.

Although I am a Trial Lawyer, I often handle cases that are being appealed and have argued before the Appellate Division many times.
