I got a settlement of my Workers' Compensation claim. The settlement was fair and was handled professionally and quickly. I was very pleased and have recommended Mr. Kirk to my friends.
My calls were returned and my question were always answered.
The first legal firm I had hired for my workers comp case was not up to the task. Then a friend handed me a card for Mr. kirks firm stating he was very good at getting things done quickly,(comparativly speaking), for his clients. Upon meeting Mr. Kirk and his staff I knew I made the right decision to consult and hire his firm. I was treated as a human being with needs and they were the ones to handle my situation. Even though I am disabled for life I am extremely happy with the results and will be able to live the rest of my life free and clear of trying to live on a meager ssd income. THANK YOU MR. KIRK and your staff, again and again. If you ever have a need for a workers comp or social security issue, this is the firm to hire. I am constantly recommending his firm to those in need and will continue to do so. He won and settled my case inside of 2 yrs to wit the first firm had 6 yrs and could not accomplish the task!!!! Now thats dedication. Again, THANK YOU MR. KIRK. To all others out there, you'd be foolish not to consult Mr. Kirk and his firm right from the get go! That is my testimony and I'm sticking to it. Thank you.
I was hurt at work and confused about the Workers' Compensation system. A friend told me about Mr. Kirk, so I went and got the help I needed to understand my current situation, and how things could work out in the future. I was very relieved. I got the help I needed and I even got the help I didn't know I needed.
From the start, Mr. Kirk and his staff responded quickly to my situation. Everyone knows how slow insurance companies work. We were facing forclosure. Mr. Kirk advised me I could file for unemployment benefits when the insurance company cut my checks. Nobody else gave me this information. It helped me make my mortgage payments and keep me and my family in our home. From the start I got a full explanation of my rights under workman's comp, unemployment, social security, and returning to work. When I had a problem getting my medicine, they took care of it. I can't say enough about these guys!!
Always answer my questions whether the clerical staff does or they have the attorney get back to me if they cannot. Never feel like a number or that it is a waste of their time to talk to me. I would highly recommend this firm!!
I went to him and asked for a final settlement and he comes out and states, " he can only get me another $5,000.00 more as a full settlement". So I would not trust him at all on going for a settlement. If you need to write a letter stating you are dismissing your lawyer and send on to the board, one to the insurance carrier, and one to the lawyer. Then you have to send another letter to the insurance carrier and they send it to the people that deal with the section 32 settlement and they will call you.
