My goal is to represent clients charged with violations of the New York State Vehicle and Traffic Law as ethically and professionally as possible, and in a manner which meets and exceeds their expectations as much as the law and the ethics code will allow. I represent people who have received speeding and basically any other kind of traffic tickets/violations, people who have suffered a driver's license suspension, people charged with non-felony DWI/DWAI or other Vehicle and Traffic misdemeanors, and people who are charged with almost any other Vehicle and Traffic Law infraction incurred anywhere in New York State, except for New York City. I serve as the friendly and attentive counselor at law to both my clients and my colleagues, making myself as available as possible to all inquiries, and responding to such inquiries with the promptness, courtesy, respect and professionalism that I would expect if I were in the inquirer's position. As I am aware of the financial difficulty that so many people are suffering right now, I also strive to charge legal fees, for my services, that are VERY competitive and reasonable. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, concerns, or other issues, at my e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org or on my cell phone: (518) 369-7580, anytime, day or night, week day or weekend.

I met Matthew at a CLE I was attending in Albany, NY. Matthew was speaking on Traffic Law and I found his presentation to be thorough and helpful. Following his presentation, Matthew welcomed any questions so I introduced myself and began talking with him. Matthew showed his knowledge and expertise in the field of Traffic Law and was willing to answer any and all questions I had. He shared his contact information and encouraged me to call any time with questions. I ended up having some questions a few weeks later on a DWI case that I was working on and I called Matthew. Matthew returned my call immediately and welcomed any questions I had and was willing to offer advice and guidance. This type of treatment from a fellow colleague is refreshing and inspiring. I truly appreciate Mr. Werblin taking the time and giving thought and consideration to my questions. Matthew is a true asset to the legal community and is willing to lend a helping hand! Thank you!
