About Me

Mr. Carey is a Member of Fusco & Carey PLLC, and works in the Estates and Trusts, Taxation and Business Law practices. Prior to forming Fusco & Carey, Mr. Carey was engaged in the practice of law in the Albany area where he worked on various trust and estate, corporate law, taxation and commercial litigation matters. Previously, Mr. Carey was a law clerk for the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn, United States District Judge for the Northern District of New York, and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Albany Law School. Before attending law school, he worked as a Senior Tax Consultant in the Boston and Albany offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Carey is a licensed certified public accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
