Matter of Zornow; 31 Misc. 3d 450
Petition for Guardianship granted
In a guardianship proceeding certain family members wanted to remove a feeding tube from their mother, which was contrary to the wishes of the daughter I represented. As a result I filed a guardianship petition. Motions were submitted by the other family members to remove the feeding tube and argument heard by the Judge. The Judge denied the motions and granted my petition by appointing my client the guardian.
