Client Review: I was standing in the street having an argument with my ex boyfriend when he drove off and ran over my foot. He dropped me off at the hospital and there was no police report. His car was registered in MO and he went back there and ended up in drug rehab somewhere. My first lawyer couldn't find any information about the car or the insurance and after two and a half months, he gave up and told me he couldn't respresent me.

I called a second lawyer, Philip Franckel at 1-800-HURT-911 and he found my ex boyfriend and his insurance in a couple of weeks. Two months later, the insurance company offered to pay my ex boyfriend's entire insurance policy.

Because my first lawyer didn't do anything and couldn't find the insurance company, he never filed my no-fault application and I lost $50,000 of no-fault insurance to pay my medical bills which are about $50,000. Now Medicaid has a lien on my case and Mr. Franckel is trying to get it waived or have the hospital pay it back. I wish I had called Mr. Franckel first!
