Mr. Sharifov was more concerned with money than he was for fighting for my innocence. He charged a $4000 retainer fee, and asked for an additional $6000 for trial, for a B misdemeanor. He put in a couple of motions that he said would NOT be granted. He filed a motion to withdraw as counsel for me once he realized i couldnt pay him the additional $6000 for hearings. I now have no attorney, and still have this B misdemeanor over my head. What lawyer doesnt fight for you? What lawyer doesnt challenge the prosecutions withholding of evidence? What lawyer discloses in his motion an alleged conversation between him and his client? (See Attorney/client privilege.) Rovshan Sharifov., thats who...

Amazing lawyer. Took the time to sit with my friend and I, and carefully select the best plan of action for our charges. Efficient and highly reliable, he was at work from the moment we hired him to the moment the charges were dismissed, and is still helping. Couldn't ask for a better lawyer.

Mr Rovshan handed my and my friend's case with confidence and power. He was able to get the charges dismissed and showed his skills as an attorney. He was with us all the way through and helped us out tremendously. Rovshan is not only a good lawyer but also a good man who helps his clients out even after the trial. I think he is one of the best out there, and will definitely give you the representation you deserve. He will fight for you and your rights!

Mr. Sharifov handled my husband's case with a great deal of confidence and experience. He was prompt and kept me fully posted. He took time to gain a clear perspective and was able to move the case for dismissal at the arraignment court hearing. Mr. Sharifov presented himself as a reassuring and understanding lawyer and warm and thoughtful human being. I strongly recommend him to my friends.

I was charged with Grand Larceny and Credit Card fraud in Manhattan Court. Because I did not do anything wrong, I did not want plea bargaining with prosecutor. Mr. Sharifov convinced prosecutors to dismiss the case completely.

Rovshan Sharifov represented me when I was charged with DWI (driving while intoxicated). Because it was my second time, prosecution did not offer me any deals. Assistant District Attorney handling the case wanted me to plead guilty to DWI.
After 2 years of court appearances and hearings, my case went to jury trial. Rovshan Sharifov tried the case and after 2 weeks of trial, jury acquitted me on DWI (driving while intoxicated). Rovshan Sharifov is excellent trial attorney, and I recommend him to everyone who is in trouble with the law.
