Mr. David Galison is good attorney, first i talk to him on phone, than visited personally and explained my situation. He gave me some break in his fees and also provided installment payment. He handled my case very well, he always answered my question. He never promise but give you clear idea about and options ...what can happen. It seems he prepare morally for the worst and get you the best result.
For me he proved as an Angel ,,,,and one day i surprised with great result which saved my money and also my tension.
As he is busy attorney i first text him that want to talk to you and he will text you back within few minutes .,,,ok call me at specific time ...he listen to you and give your answer. But for sure he is attorney not to give any fake hope but give you clear idea about your case and what judge may think. He always guide you what to do to get better result and what document you should provide him to handle your case.
He is like analyse your case beyond law and ask you to do what require to do. And get you best result.
My Husband and I were very disappointed with Mr. Galison. We hired him to represent our Son. He was rude and threatening to me. He used profanity when we tried to contact him. He refused to answer questions and did not keep my Son or us informed on the case. When faced with decisions about "offers" or trial, Mr. Galison would not discuss the matters with our Son or us, nor would he respond as to what the options involved. It was impossible to keep him on, as we kept paying him and getting no answers, so we finally dismissed him and retained another attorney, who was everything one could ask for in a lawyer. However, because of Mr. Galison's failure to do his job effectively, we had to pay another retainer and begin all over again. But the new lawyer did more in 3 days than Mr. Galison did in 5 months! He only visited our son in jail ONCE in 5 months, which is unheard of! Thank God we finally turned to someone else!
