My career has revolved around addressing issues of concern to communities, especially in the areas of real estate development, and enhancement of the capacity of community-based small businesses and not-for-profit corporations.
I have supported real estate development projects ranging from owner-occupied small building rehabilitation to sophisticated projects including hundreds of residential units, retail and commercial units, co-ops, integrated social services and government subsidies for affordable housing.
I have advised corporations on matters of public policy, mission development, incorporation, intellectual property and internet policy.
Recently, I have added legal document translations (Spanish to English) to my practice.
