I was purchasing a home on Rosedale she wanted money up front a check payable to her for$ 1,800. So I made it out to her, we were dealing with these people since November 2012 towards the end she informs me she has some information that the owner wants to try to buy his wife out so she doubts we are closing. To make a long story short we never closed now I am questioning whether she was worth 1,800 dollars.
Ms. Hannam lacks the basic level of customer service/professionalism one would expect from such a high priced lawyer. I retained Ms. Hannam's services to prepare a residential lease. After receiving payment she did not provide a lease suitable for use with the tenant, forcing me to seek the services of another lawyer or pay her another $1000 for another lease for the same apartment. Ms. Hannam does not believe in negotiating, it is her way or no way in terms of time frame, mode of communication and in my case, product delivered. Ms. Hannam presents well initially but in due time her unprofessional way of dealing with people shows itself but it is too late.
