I hired Scott Grauman to represent me for a misdemeanor case. He sat on my case for 3 weeks with no progress when he originally implied he expected to handle the case in one week. Each time I tried to contact him to check on progress, his response was always the same, that he should have something in a week.
Two and half weeks later, I expressed my dissatisfaction due to his lack of progress on the case and lack of communication at which point he said he would look at hours of work performed and refund monies.
After 1.5 months I still have not heard from him for any sort of refund process and has never once delivered an invoice. My case is already resolved around a month ago, the new lawyer who made a call and sorted out the case in literally one day and even stated that based in his conversation with the DA, he did not think Scott ever made any contacts. Scott also never had any information on the case to inform me of although in just one day the new lawyer gave me a complete overview of what to expect and four days later we went to court and the case was resolved.
The number on his website has been disconnected and is very shady.
