Send the papers you received to you insurance company, that's why you have insurance and they have a duty to defend you. If the judgement exceeds your policy you might be personally liable, but it is very hard to give you an answer without knowing more details. Like what was precentage of your fault?

You need to complete several forms I 130, I 485, I 765, g 325, I 864, but with that being said its not just about the forms. You need to include supporting documentation and there is a whole list of it. Also you need to qualify financially as a sponsor. So I definitely suggest hiring an attorney to assist you in this process. If you have any questions please do Not hesitate to contact our office and good luck!

The time frame is rather difficult to predict, but from my experience is anywhere from 5-12 months until you are scheduled for an interview. Yes it is a possibility that you will be questioned about your case. I suggest getting a disposition and have an original with you at the time of your travel. I have also seen clients coming in without any issues/problems in a similar situation, but of course each case is different. Good luck!
