Send the papers you received to you insurance company, that's why you have insurance and they have a duty to defend you. If the judgement exceeds your policy you might be personally liable, but it is very hard to give you an answer without knowing more details. Like what was precentage of your fault?

Hello, After your marriage, you have to file certain Applications with USCIS (I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-131 if you wish to travel while waiting for your permanent residency). The time frame is rather difficult to predict, but from my experience is anywhere from 5-12 months until you are schedule for an interview. Yes it is a possibility that you will be questioned about your case. I suggest getting a disposition and have an original with you at the time of your travel. I have also seen clients coming in without any issues/problems in a similar situation, but of course each case is different. Good luck!

You should make it in form of an Affidavit and have them sign it and notarized by a notary. Also, may I suggest attaching a copy of their identification. As a green card holder you may file for your husband, however I agree with other attorneys it will take years for the visa to become available. Are you eligible to apply for citizenship? If you are, I suggest you do, because if you file for your husband as a US citizen the process is about one year and he will be here quickly. However, in either event his...
