Mohammad A. Saleem is a founding Partner of the Davis Ndanusa Ikhlas & Saleem LLP. He has a broad range of general practice experience, with an emphasis on immigration, construction law litigation, and real estate law in landlord-tenant proceeding, foreclosure defense, and real estate transactions. Prior to staring his law practice at the Saleem Law Firm, Mr. Saleem served as Of Counsel to two law firms in Brooklyn and Queens handling various litigation matters in Supreme Court, Civil Court, Criminal Court and Family Court throughout New York.
Mr. Saleem is a native of New York City, understands the concerns of his clients in their legal matters. He received his B.A. cum laudein Political Science with Honors from Hunter College of CUNY where he was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha and his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law in 2009, where he was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Competition team and Co-President of the law school's Amnesty International chapter. During his law school years, Mr. Saleem obtained certification as a legal intern that allowed him to handle cases under supervision of senior prosecutors at the Prosecution Division of the Pennsylvania Department of State.
Mr. Saleem is a native speaker of Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and his legal staff is fluent in Spanish, Arabic, and Polish.
