    Consider this a trial run. After a trial period is complete (usually by your next court appearance) the judge will determine if the situation is working.

    Most likely you will not lose any rights as long as you are not violating any Court Orders. Letters may be introduced as evidence, however sometimes it is not that easy to authenticate them or properly admit them into evidence at trial. What your adversary does or says in reaction to you is anyone's guess.

    Sorry, what the Judge says goes in this situation. Ask to speak with the Judge if you feel that strongly about living with your dad.

    Every case is different. An examination into any relevant mortgage deficiency provisions in your original loan documents and/or any relevant Court orders may give you some insight.
