    Generally courts cannot award custody to a parent in just one night. If one feels that his/her child is in danger, one is free to call the police. You would be well-served to discuss your dilemma with a local domestic relations attorney in a confidential forum as soon as possible next week.

    If registered properly, the Order should be enforceable unless it contains a legal defect of some sort.

    Yes. If the Board wants to amend the lease to allow webcams then it will do so. Until then, you are obligated to fulfill the terms of the lease you signed.

    You can sue them to get the money back. You may or may not win. It will depend on the strength of your evidence.

    A receipt is not required in this case, however if he/she refuses to provide you with one, you may want to look a bit deeper into why they are not doing so.
