    Probably no warrant if you haven't been contacted by police yet. Stores don't normally sue on civil letters of demand.

    It is important to distinguish between your right to administer the estate and your right as a rightful heir to any assets. The former deals with the question of who is best suited to delegate assets and fulfill court obligations. The latter has to deal with who gets what stuff. She may become the Administrator, but it does not mean that she will be able to just take everything for herself and follow no rules. Good luck.
