Mr. Rosenblatt took the time to answer all my questions clearly during the free consultation which ended up being more than 30 minutes, though he did not rush me at all. He was extremely confident in his ability to represent me and get me the results I was looking for. We are currently wrapping up the final stipulations of my tenant/landlord eviction issue now, however he was very easily able to negotiate for me much more than I expected. I would have never imagined being able to come out of this as well off as I did, both financially and emotionally. Mr. Rosenblatt knows his stuff and you are in very good hands when it comes to dealing with landlords issue (I was the tenant).

Robert Rosenblatt helped us in reaching a settlement with a new landlord who bought the building in which we have been renters for over 28 years. This landlord had given us notice to vacate within 5 weeks, and with Robert on our side we were not only able to delay the eviction, but also reach a settlement agreement! A friend recommended Mr. Rosenblatt to me. Mr. Rosenblatt represented me in housing Court. I was offered a deal that I was willing to accept. Mr. Rosenblatt advised me to reject the offer because he could do better. We in fact did much better than the original offer. I highly recommend this attorney for Tenant Rights.
