I am an extremely experienced trial attorney, and have a track record of success in the courtroom in complex custody, relocation and asset distribution trials.  But I will pursue other strategies than litigation, including negotiated settlements and mediation.

As an initial strategy, I coach my clients to keep their emotions in check and to avoid litigation. I encourage them to seek resolution of their issues whenever possible so they can meet their goals in a cost effective and amicable manner. This is especially important when there are children involved and co-parenting is desired. If litigation is needed, it is usually a last resort, when it is determined by careful analysis that the benefits outweigh the risks and expense.

I strive to create a long term relationship with clients, to fully address their concerns about their children and financial issues, and ultimately improve their lives. Most importantly, I want my clients to move on with their lives.
