James Nolletti was my attorney for only a short time. I had changed lawyers midstream because my divorce was taking forever to be settled and I was not pleased with how my case was being handled. Mr. Nolletti took over my divorce and was very detailed in his consultation with me. He went above and beyond to assure me that I was going to receive the best quality of work he had to offer. There were areas of my marriage that I had no idea I was entitled to. Mr. Nolletti has a strong work ethic at being very detailed and extremely well researched which in my eyes makes a great lawyer. He looked out for my best interests and I was extremely pleased with my settlement.

Jim is the finest of attorneys. He is extremely knowledgeable, well-versed, tenacious, honest and thorough. He is committed to providing exceptional representation for his clients and continually has exceeded my expectations. Undeniably, Jim has an excellent reputation and prides himself on this. The peace of mind and comfort I have had with his representation, responsiveness and experience have been truly amazing. He sets extremely high standards for himself and his staff and continually has his clients' best interests at heart. His negotiating skills are exemplary. It is without hesitation that I highly recommend Jim. Simply put, he is the best.

I have worked with attorneys in many areas for so many years. James Nolletti, Esquire and his assistants are the epitomy of intelligence and professionalism. He is dignified, intelligent and goes above and beyond the call of duty in every aspect of his profession. He is truly the best in his profession. In a league above and beyond the average attorney.

I have know James Nolletti for over 30 years, I was a police detective and remember when Jim came to work with westchester DA' office. I had the experience to work along side him on many cases. I found along with other detectives that i work with and all agreed how knowlegeable Jim was in law. He was always there to help us with any question we might have had and extend himself more then he had to. I retired and since then moved 3 hours away. Well 17 years later I found myself in a divorced case. I retained jim to protect me in this matter. Boy I can tell you that after meeting with him again; going over things the stress just seem to go away. I found him to keep me informed and very responsive to all my phone calls, unless he in court, but alway gets back to me. Let me close with this, Jim does not play games he is all business, very polite and most of all I trust him 100 % that he will get my life back in order.

Jim and his staff helped me through a very long, difficult and public divorce from a prominent Westchester politico. I am impressed with his savvy and strategic sense and his willingness to listen to my opinions as well. I have and will continue to recommend Jim as my first choice to anyone facing a matrimonial of any kind.

Jim represented me in a divorce case that unfortunately went to trial. It was clear that he was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and effective. His experience as a trial lawyer ended up being invaluable in this particular case. My case involved financial issues as well as child custody issues and Jim addressed both with sensitivity and effectiveness.
He understands how to prepare a case thoroughly for any eventuality. In this case it was invaluable since few people imagined that it would go to trial. Lucky for me that Jim had done his due diligence in preparing for the worst possible scenario.
His knowledge of the court personnel (judges, clerks, admin)was also instrumental in resolving the case. He understood the personality of the judge and was able to tailor his approach to the judge's personality.
The final resolution was better than I had thought possible - I ended up with residential custody of our daughter and remained in our home -- obviously not a typical result for a father!! I recommend him with no reservations.

Prior to hiring Mr. Nolletti I had 2 attorneys handling my divorce action. The first was not powerful enough and the second was too disorganized. After hiring Mr. Nolletti I had only wished he was my attorney from the start because my divorce would have been over long ago. Both Mr. Nolletti and his legal staff are highly organized and well prepared to serve their clients. He has both a powerful presence in the court room and a very concerned attitude with his clients.
