Mr. Nolletti represent me in my Family/Criminal case, and got me through personally one of the most tumultuous, and stressful times of my life . James Nolletti was professional, courteous, and extremely dedicated to every matter of my case. He is highly knowledgeable and proficient in Criminal, Family, and Matrimonial law. Mr. Nolletti’s determination gave me the confidence that I would obtain a favorable result, and ultimately resulted in the settlement I was assured. His supporting staff are outstanding, especially Alexandra Maxwell who always gave my case the same level of diligence, expertise, and commitment.
I would highly recommend Mr. Nolletti and his firm to anyone in their legal matter, they are top-notch!
After years in White Plains court, trying to get a divorce I finally obtained Mr. Nolletti as my attorney.
My ex literarily thought I should receive no money of our assets after 20 years of marriage.
He appealed decision after decision made by the various Judges that I saw during my case.
Mr. Nolletti had skills in negotiating and being firm and pleasant at the same time . That is what made it possible to completely finish this drawn out divorce.
I highly recommend him
I needed a great lawyer. I contacted several legal experts in their field, and kept coming up with Jim Nolletti..."he's the best". Jim was terrific. With years of experienced, he pretty much mapped out at the start, the range of issues and outcomes. He's current on the law and well-regarded by the judges and legal community. In court, Jim has tremendous presence and the credibility to drive the best outcome. Jim was always available for me. He collected alot of facts and listened well, but make no mistake, he's the boss in this process. I found that in spite of my preferences, it was best to trust his judgement and rely on him. He has a good sense of when to fight on and when to cut your losses. As a result, I ended up far better than my starting point.
On day to day matters, I worked with Alexandra Maxwell. She is very smart, steady and always has Jim's ear. I can't say enough about how well Lexi prepped and knew the case issues. She killed it on the financial and custody side as my advocate. They are a great team, and highly recommended.
When I came to Jim's firm, my custody case regarding my son was in terrible shape. I had been in litigation for many years already, and I knew that a successful outcome would be a continued, difficult uphill battle. I wasn't sure who, if anyone, would take that on - much less be successful. I did not know where to go, or who could help - especially since I had worked with two law firms already. I found Jim on the Internet and was encouraged by the reviews I read. I called him, left a voicemail and he returned the call within hours. That was about three years ago.
He has worked tirelessly, with his legal team, to turn my son's situation around. It is a complex, high conflict situation, and he has handled it with care, energy, determination and strength. I cannot express my gratitude other than to say, he has saved both me and my son in many ways. He continues to represent me in this very difficult situation. I'm not sure I'd trust anyone else - as I said, my trust in him is complete. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is smart, works until every detail is covered, connected, clever and passionate. He's also very honest - you can trust what he tells you. He's both tough as nails and compassionate and empathetic.
In terms of other reviews that have commented his fees were unfair, my response is - you get what you pay for. You may find a cheaper attorney, but you'll spend the rest of your life undoing the harm they do if they don't do a good job and much, much more money in the end. My advice based on my experience is - hire the best lawyer you can possibly afford. I would recommend Jim Nolletti without hesitation.
James Nolletti and his professional team were essential in assisiting me thru this difficult time. He was highly recommended to me from a Judge in another State and after meeting w/ several other attorneys it was clear why he was recommended. His Staff Particularly Lexi Maxwell and Jennifer O'hara were extremely helpful. I feel that things in the courtroom moved along much quicker than most because of their extensive knowledge of family law. They worked around a schedule that was convienient for me and were always prompt. I remember how important it was for them to "know the outcome" before entering the courtroom. and they were right everytime. They are the best around!!!!
Jim Nolletti led a team of wonderful compassionate people who steered me through this most difficult time of my life. Navigated by Attorney Alexandra Maxwell, with oversight from Jim, the team never failed to return my calls, give sound advice, and clearly looked out for my best interest at all times. The billing was fair and honest, and i always felt i was getting the best service available.
Jim Nolletti represented me in a DWI case. He was referred to me by an expert witness. He did a lot of work and was excellent. After two days, I was found not guilty of both Driving While Intoxicated and Driving With Blood Alcohol of 0.08%, both misdemeanors (criminal) and guilty of a lesser included charge Driving With Ability Impaired--a fair verdict as I had had alcohol before the incident.
I think one of the key things in the successful outcome was both the selection of the jury, but also setting the right mind frame in the jurors chosen. Initially, 5 of the 6 jurors indicated that they thought I was probably guilty, but by getting them to acknowledge this as well as their responsibility to find me not guilty until proven innocent, he set the right tone. His cross examination of the State Trooper who stopped me elicited enough information to provide a reasonable doubt and the jurors reviewed the facts and rendered a verdict in about an hour.
If not for Jim's work, I would probably be tied down with three year's probation.
Our son was denied visitations with his son who was taken out of state by his mother without informing him and refused to give us her new location.. James Nolletti found her and and the court ordered that she return the child to his home jurisdiction and appear in Family court. Once again she fled with our baby grandson and ignored the court order. Mr Nolletti had warrents issued immediately and within twelve hours working with his legal team as well as local and federal authorities found them half way across the country. He then orchestrated with his impressive connections both in and out of state the surrender and safe return home of our grandson. We are forever grateful..
Mr. Nolletti took on my case and promised he would TRY to get my charges lessened. He did just that, he set out to do what he said he would try to do and accomplished it. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the law and its workings. I was treated with respect and dignity. I would recommend Mr. Nolletti to anyone in need of an attorney. I know I would certainly use him again if need be.
Mr. Nolletti and his "A team" of attorneys are simply the best. I am an individual Facing a child custody trial which is naturally stressful and anxiety provoking. With Mr. Nolletti by my side as I face trial, I feel confident that I have hired the best attorney to represent me in the most important determination in my life, the custody of my children. I have found him to be honest, professional and most importantly Mr. Nolletti is steadfast and tenacious in the pursuit for justice. He is a genious strategist, leaves no stone unturned and is dynamite in the court room. His knowledge of the law is illustrated in exquisitely written motions and affirmations. On his feet, Mr. Nolletti eloquently recites points of law. With Mr. Nolletti by my side, I am confident that he will produce the best possible outcome for me.
