Came across Casey via his article in Car and Driver a few years back--very glad I did. Last winter I was nabbed in Westchester for 21 over (conveniently putting me 1 mph into the next bracket of fines/penalties). Facing 6 points on my license, and with many insurance policies for my business riding on my driving record, I decided to lawyer up. Casey's fee was hundreds less than many other area speed lawyers, and he was by far the easiest to get ahold of/chat with. His knowledge of the local courts paid off in a big way, as the town stumbled over his request for a supporting deposition and ended up throwing the entire case out. Hoping to not need his services again for awhile, but next time I get pulled over he'll be first to know!

My speeding ticket was reduced to a parking ticket and no points on my license. Great job. Very personable and responsive. Easy to talk with.

I retained Mr. Raskob for a 75/55 speeding ticket. He was able to reduce it to a 0 point parking ticket. That was, by far, the best deal a traffic lawyer ever got for me!
