About Me

I am available to aggressively represent you 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week for all criminal, civil, commercial, real estate and landlord/tenant matters.

I am an attorney with more than 26 years of trial experience.  I handle all criminal and civil matters in the federal and state courts of New York and New Jersey.  I am a former supervisory prosecutor in the Richmond County District Attorney's Office and a former prosecutor in the Office of the New York City Special Narcotics Prosecutor in Manhattan.

The results of some of our recent cases I submit to you are quite impressive. A sampling is as follows:

  • In October 2014, a DWI case against our client was dismissed by a Manhattan judge.

  • In May 2014, a DWI case against our client was dismissed by a Richmond County judge.

  • In February 2012, our client was found not guilty of felony sex abuse in the 1st degree by a Manhattan jury.

  • In January 2012, an assault charge against our client was dismissed by a Manhattan judge.

  • In October 2011, a felony narcotics sale indictment against our client was dismissed by a Manhattan judge.

  • In September 2011, our client was found not guilty of DWI by a Manhattan jury.

  • In June 2011, a felony insurance fraud indictment against our physician client was dismissed by a Richmond County judge.

  • In November 2010, our client was found not guilty of selling narcotics to an undercover officer by a Manhattan jury.

  • Brooklyn federal indictment involving complex Department of Labor prevailing violations.  Succeeded in securing a sentencing departure resulting in NO incarceration.

  • Brooklyn federal indictment involving firearms violations.  Succeeded in securing a sentencing departure resulting in NO incarceration.

I also engage in representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation in both New York and New Jersey.

I have represented thousands of buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of residential real estate property in New York and New Jersey. In addition, I represent the interest of some of the largest lenders at real estate closings.

I have represented numerous clients in family court protecting their interests.

I have represented numerous landlords and tenants in landlord/tenant court.

Feel free to call me regarding your legal concerns.
