I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Meyers, Esq. for any Employment / Labor legalities your business might require. He knows his field inside and out. He is diligent, resourceful and will FIGHT for your best interests when necessary! He will look at the merits of the case and give you the best legal advise he can, even if it is counter intuitive to what you would like to happen because it is the best LEGAL course of action to take.

As a young family, we found Jonathan Meyers to be extremely responsive, confident, and trustworthy helping to guide us through our decision making. He made himself readily available to us and has made sure we know he is only a phone call away, should we ever need or have any other questions or issues for him. Most importantly, he is a down to earth, real person who will deal with you and your concerns directly. Would highly recommend.

Lawyer assisted with several actions including termination of employee, an appeal, severance package etc. Cases required knowledge of background of employees and diversified business in mutiple states, involvement in appeals, and required knowledge of in state and out of state laws. Jonathan was efficient and thorough in all recommendations and found resources to help if for some reason something was out of his scope of expertise. Highly recommend his services.
