George BriegerAbout meI am a registered U.S. patent attorney and represent clients from the Fortune 50 to individual inventors. The bulk of my practice consists of preparing patent applications and prosecuting them in the U.S. Patent Office in the software, electronics, hardware, network communications, telecommunications, mechanical, e-commerce and related technical fields. I have prepared and successfully prosecuted hundreds of patent applications.
Drafting patent claims in patent applications is an art. I have had the opportunity to work with, and learn from, some of the best attorneys in the industry in both Washington and New York. I have an LL.M. (Master of Laws) degree in patent and intellectual property law from one of the leading U.S. law schools in this field (George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C.) in addition to the basic law degree. I have also taught legal reasoning in law school. I believe in clear, accurate and concise communication and strive to practice it. |
