I started Screwvala LLC to create a new kind of law business. One that focuses on building lasting relationships and delivering solid value. I work with families as a Personal Family Lawyer® and serve individuals and businesses in the entertainment industry
In my entertainment practice, I work with individuals and companies engaged in the motion picture, live stage theater, book publishing, and music businesses. I regularly counsel clients on locating and clearing rights, copyright issues, and production financing. I also negotiate and draft contracts on a wide range of issues, including acquisition agreements, talent agreements, collaboration agreements, publishing and recording contracts, and prepare financing documents.
My clients include both established authors, producers, and businesses as well as start-ups.
As a Personal Family Lawyer®, I help families create plans to transfer their wealth to the next generation. We seek to create long lasting relationships with our clients so that their plans never become stale or out-of-date. As a special offer on Avvo, I'm holding open two slots for a free Family Wealth Planning Session (normally $750), just by mentioning that you saw me on Avvo.
Call or e-mail me to see how I and my firm can help you with your project.
