Susan Rubenstein is an extremely experienced employment lawyer who has handled hundreds of cases throughout her career. She practices in state and federal courts across the country winning large verdicts and obtaining substantial settlements for her clients. She has had more than 27 jury trials, and is competent to handle most all aspects of civil litigation at the most sophisticated level. She is an active member of the California and District of Columbia bars. She lives in New York City at the present time, and represents individual clients in several places.
