Keith Scott Orenstein

As far back as I can remember, I have always wanted to be a lawyer. In 1982, after graduating from Columbia University and then Boston University School of Law, I fulfilled my dream and began practicing law in New York City.   

During my nearly 3 decades as an attorney, I have represented clients in connection with prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, divorces, separations, annulments, paternity, child support, custody and visitation cases, equitable distribution and division of marital assets, spousal maintenance, court hearings, motions, trials, appeals, and post divorce enforcement and modification proceedings. I have appeared in Family Court and Supreme Court in New York City and surrounding counties.

My appoach to practicing family law is simple:  always put the client's needs first. I consider it my foremost responsibility to treat each of my clients as a person who deserves my best professional advice, counsel, and representation as their attorney.
