Mr. Goldberg was very knowledgeable of the court system. His expertise made me easier and calmer of mind. This being the first time I've ever been accused of anything, he guided me thru and explained throughly what my charges meant and what my options would be. When I wrote out to him an email over the weekend, I didn't expect to hear from him until Monday, but he immediately responded and answered all my questions. I wouldn't have known what I was facing or what to do without him. I am very happy and grateful to him for his services.

Jay was a gift from god, sometimes you get into a situation that is beyond your control and if you don't pick the right lawyer you will end up with a criminal record which will destroy your life and future. I was accused with the possession of controlled substances in NYC, I contacted jay after I got his number from a friend, he was very responsive and listened carefully to my story then comforted me and started working on the case the same day. He managed to get me out of it without a criminal record. The fees I paid were reasonable compared to other law firms.
He showed up on time on all my court dates and never missed any of them. He was very honest and never tried to drag the case in order to charge me additional fees.
I strongly recommend this lawyer.

In a time where I was confused, hurt, violated and almost in a complete depression, Jay K. Goldberg of Goldberg & Allen, LLP came to my rescue. In 2010, I was a victim of police brutality and was wrongfully imprisoned and given a summons. With the expertise and diligence of Mr. Goldberg, not only was I able to work through this fight towards victory, I was able to reclaim all that I felt was taken from me in the rage of an angry NYPD Officer. Mr. Goldberg superseded my expectations and aided me during a time where I was ready to give up; he kept the fight going. Because of his determination to seek justice on my behalf, I was not only compensated for all of my losses but I have a new outlook on life. I am confident in where my future is going and I see only success ahead. This incident I thought had the potential to ruin my life; Mr. Goldberg reframed this to a mere "hiccup" in my road of success. I am forever grateful to Jay for all he has done for me in some of my darkest days. I may not ever be able to give back to him what he gave me, but I know I have never regretted my decision to make Mr. Goldberg my attorney, and I am positive I never will. THANK YOU!!!!!

I was arrested for firearms possession in NYC. Jay came out to court in the middle of the night, on a holiday, and got me out on minimal bail. His representation was always first class and resulted in my plea to a misdemeanor eventually being accepted by the NYC DA. I was facing a felony with 1 1/2 to 13 years if convicted. I ended up with 40 hours of community service. Jay was always very clear to me on what he recommended and why. His assessment of the options and their risks were totally accurate and his advice was superb. Jay also got my 2011 van returned which was impounded as a result of the arrest. I give him the very highest recommendation as it is clear that his efforts kept me out of prison and returned my $30K van. I remain deeply indebted to him for my outstanding defense.
