P.H. Wilson Law is a New York-based boutique corporate law firm catering to small to medium-size companies, their owners and those who do business with them. Recipient of The New York Enterprise Report Service Area Award for outstanding service in corporate law, the firm advises on a wide variety of matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions to business contracts and entity formations - and acts as outsourced general counsel for companies that do not have attorneys on staff.
As Chief Counsel of the firm, Paul Wilson has been honored as the "Attorney of the Year" for privately held companies by The New York Enterprise Report. Mr. Wilson was trained at Harvard Law School and began his career at the U.S. Department of Justice. After the Department of Justice, Mr. Wilson joined Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, one of New York's most prestigious M&A firms, where he counseled a variety of high profile clients including Merrill Lynch, Pepsi and Loews Theatres. After Fried Frank, Mr. Wilson ventured out to found two businesses of his own, and served as President and General Counsel at each. Mr. Wilson founded P.H. Wilson Law in 2001 to bring his corporate law and business experience to likeminded business-people and entrepreneurs.
