His blog on traffic tickets is a landmine of information for any one either needing help or pointing to correct professional help.
I took his advise and bingo my 3-point ticket with $350 fine is reduced to 0-point ticket and $150 fine.
Strongly recommended.

I was in Upstate NY and was clocked on radar at 77mph in a 55mph zone. Oops! A referral to Weiss & Associates from a friend was made and I contacted their firm. Not only were they very straightforward delineating my options and potential outcomes, but I was kept in the loop continuously regarding postponements, dates, etc. A potential six point ticket was downgraded to 2pts in NYS which in turn translated to ZERO pts in my home state of NJ. I would not hesitate to advise anyone who will listen that Weiss & Associates is my first and only choice for representation for any traffic tickets or infractions. They made me a fan for life!

I have been using Mathew Weiss practise to fight my traffic tickets for the last 5 years. He is an excellent lawyer keeps up to date with the case. His charge is very fair. I have had two moving violations dismissed over the last year or so. I strongly recommend using him for any traffic ticket. He also handle fighting your ticket without having to be present at the court hearing.

I got a Speeding 21-30mph ticket last summer. I found Weiss & Associates, PC on this website and made the wise decision to hire Mr. Weiss to represent me in the court. There were at least four hearings in the past year and Weiss & Associates, PC always kept me informed about the court results. They are reliable and definitely worth the price. I paid a very reasonable price upfront and did not have to go to the court or worry about it anymore. Weiss & Associates, PC did them all. I am grateful that the case got dismissed two days ago. Consider the car insurance increase and fine that I would have had to pay, it is really worth the bet to have Weiss & Associates, PC to fight off the ticket (or even to defer the ticket penalty). My husband heard of Matthew Weiss's law practice several years ago, and when I found myself with my first speeding ticket, I reached out to him. I had a clean driving record until then, but with that ticket, my spotless record would have been tarnished by an 8-point offense, which certainly would have impacted our insurance rates. Upon contacting Weiss & Associates, they moved quickly through the process. I didn't have to take time out of my schedule to appear in court, as the attorney assigned to my case knew how to navigate these waters quite effectively. The court date was scheduled within a few weeks of the ticket, and the negotiation between the attorney and prosecutor was very successful. Given my previous perfect driving record, I was charged a fee of $135, and my speeding ticket was converted to a parking ticket, which is, of course, a no-point event. When chartering new territory, it always pays to hire an expert to be your guide.

Anytime you find out that there's a warrant out for your arrest, who you trust to help you out is a pretty big decision. For the record, the warrant was because a judge never received my letter requesting a court date change after I received a summons for riding my bicycle against instead of with traffic--5 years ago! Anyways, after hearing about the warrant, the team at 888 RedLight literally made it go away by me only needing to pay a $50 ticket! I didn't even have to go to the courthouse! Thanks guys!

This past June I was stranded overseas and unable to get back in time for a court date for my own traffic ticket. A month or so ago, I was clocked by radar moving slower than a speeding bullet but much faster than a running turtle, on a local road in Harriman Park in Rockland County. I have a totally clean driving record but turned to Matt to keep it that way and to avoid or minimize the possibility of many points (I was going pretty fast!) and substantial fines.

I could not have been more lucky and grateful for Mr. Weiss' services. Speeding ticket I got early this yr was stressing me out! My first ever! I was online to just pay it and get it over with when Matt's info came up. I have gotten into an accident and unfortunately said No to a breathalyzer which was dumb of me because I did not even know once refused, the driver is automatically guilty. I received a VERY bad speeding ticket, my first one ever. I was given the number of Weiss & Associates from my cousin, a car salesman. This has been the most easy and effortless experience of my life! The staff were professional and knowledgeable (however, even they didn't know how effective Weiss can be as they told me it was a long shot!). Needless to say, the ticket was dismissed, I never set foot in the courtroom and my record remains unblemished! I highly recommend the services at Weiss & Associates!!!

two (2) traffic tickets in 2009. The first citation was for Speeding
31-40 (8 points) and the second was for Following too Close (4 points).
The officer who issued me these citations is well known to the attorneys
