DEIRDRE AARON is an associate at Outten & Golden, LLP, and a member of the firm’s Class Action Practice Group, representing employees in discrimination and wage and hour litigation. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Ms. Aaron worked as a Staff Attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Ms. Aaron received her B.A. from Northwestern University in 2004, and her J.D., magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from Washington University in St. Louis in 2010. During law school, Ms. Aaron worked on employment discrimination matters as a clerk to an administrative judge at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and on class action litigation, including employment matters, at Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC. Before law school, Ms. Aaron worked as a legal assistant at an employment and human rights law firm.
Ms. Aaron is admitted to practice in New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), NELA’s New York affiliate (NELA/NY), and the New York State Bar Association.
