We hired Tom as our criminal defense lawyer after being ripped off by Musa-Obregon & Associates. S. Michael Musa-Obregon this was not cheap but i thank god that we decided to make this move. At some point we all decide to take this case to trial and giving the fact that the D.A was not making any offers WE WERE STUCK . To our disadvantage my husbands legal status is not the best. :-( At this point we believed we were going to loose our family and home being that he is the head of household.VERY SAD. The ending to this very sad story became unbelievable with the best results we had never expected. I think Tom is a very talented criminal defense attorney. He will get you the best result possible in your situation. I recently got in trouble with the law and got hit with DUI charges as well as weapons possession when my car was illegally searched. It was one of those, "your key was still in the ignition while you were parked" type of deals. It was a very stressful and unfortunate situation. Tom was there every step of the way. As you may be experiencing, the whole process is a bit overwhelming when initially dealing with court system procedures. I was in the same boat. I interviewed a few lawyers and then picked Tom. I found myself in an unfortunate situation (misdemeanour) and was not happy with my previous lawyer's results. When I met Thomas Kenniff he showed alot of interest without knowing the situation I explain to him and he was concern about the person behind bars he response right away and took care of the case, i put my trust in him and i couldn't choose no other lawyer is like God send him to me.
He went in the court room speak about the case it was domestic violence and am sure no other lawyer could of take the person out right away and that's what Thomas did, the case was a little complicated because there was recording on 911 and from the police station and Thomas did get the person out that night and am happy and real satisfied with his service.
Next case I was in a cell and as soon as we contact him he respond right away it was late at night and on a sunday and that was a misdem. and i was out with no bail wich the judge try to set on my but Thomas fought that this case was serious, i wouln't be here without his help, he was real responsable and thustworty i now that if i need him he will be there for me and anybodyelse he is real good . I was accused with a DWAI and Thomas Kenniff got the DA to change the charge to a disorderly conduct. This type of thing rarely happens but thanks to Tom it thankfully did. Instead of getting my liscense suspended and having to spend thousand of dollars on an alcohol class and a criminal type charge; i dont have any now.

i got pulled over for no apparent reason while driving late night on college blvd in queens. i had just picked up my girlfriend from a local bar because she had a few drinks. i wasn't drunk nor did i look drunk. i refused the breathelyzer test. the cop arrested me on dwi charges. at a pre-trial hearing, the cop completely fell apart because he didn't even bother with a simple motor coordination test and instead just wrote down "language barrier." i understand english just fine. the da saw they were not going anywhere with the dwi charges, which were dropped.
