Bruce was very helpful while helping me figure out how to handle several tickets that were given to me during my previous visit to the US (NYC). This was a huge advantage since I was not able to fly back to the US to resolve this. This meant that Bruce took the whole ownership of looking up information, showing for court on my behalf and then ensuring that the tickets were resolved without an impact on me or my criminal record.
