About me

Ben Flavin represents cooperative and condominium boards on a wide range of transactions including sales, leasing, financing and providing general counsel for the myriad of complicated issues a residential housing board faces daily.  Ben has a particular affinity for Housing Development Fund Companies (“HDFCs”) and represents HDFC Boards of Directors throughout Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Ben actively participates in several committees that focus on real estate, co-ops and condos, and affordable housing.  He graduated from CUNY School of Law in 2009.
