I had a particularly nasty, paranoid, doozy of a tenant back in the 2000s and another who was a good guy except that he fell on hard times and needed to go due to rent in arrears by months and months (and at below $500/mo, the cheapest of my little 6 unit brownstone). I was referred to Linda by RSA and she left no stone unturned, I learned things I didn't even know about e.g. that a vet has to be served eviction papers per special procedure (who knew?). The male tenant turned out not to be a vet, but Linda did a thorough search to verify before filing the wrong things and making extra work and $$$! Linda is honest, which I am a stickler about when it comes to business and life. Like me, she was never on a mission to cook books, stretch the truth or anything of the sort just to win a case. High integrity to the bone, cause I would never feel comfortable working with an unscrupulous individual, no matter what the setting. Not only is she a nice person who makes one feel at ease, but she knows the law and gives you personalized attention. I would be remiss if I did not spread the word that if you want an attorney to get the job done right without compromising ethics, call Linda.

I had a protracted battle with a large and nasty landlord. Linda fought for me like a real trooper, while at the same time never forgetting that this was a strange and frightening ordeal for me. She always kept me informed and assured me she would do her best to help me. Thanks to her compassion and communication, I never lost hope. In the end, she did indeed get what I wanted and resolved the situation completely to my satisfaction.

I have worked with Linda over the past 3 years on various properties we manage handling numerous landlords and tenants cases. She has always been very responsive and knowledgable in every situation. As a property manager I would highly recommend her services.

Linda did a wonderful job helping me negotiate a surrender of a lease for office space that I had to let go after down-sizing. She acted as a strong representative, but also managed to keep it amicable, which was very important to me as a business person.

I hired Linda Rzesniowiecki for a non-payment eviction of one of my tenants. She represented herself as expert in the housing court law and procedures. We went through every step of the process; the tenant ignored all the notices and I should have got a default judgement. She made a number of mistakes in the filings. Most significantly, she failed to put the court's address on the petition /notice of petition and therefore the case was dismissed and I had to start the case all over again, costing me about $10,000 in lost rent and more legal fees.I believe this was malpractice.
