Our company hired Ms. Lust after two other lawyers proved to be ineffectual, disinterested and seemed to only be concerned about their fees. We were extremely dissatisfied with the lackluster response time as well as the quality of work being performed. As soon as we hired Ms. Lust, we realized we had finally hired the right attorney. She was very persistent in resolving the case at hand but at the same time was very reasonable with her fees. We had a difficult case, which turned into an adversary proceeding because the other side filed for bankruptcy to be discharged of his misconduct. She was always prompt, responsive, empathetic and paid very close attention to detail. She really showed how much she cared about us as her client and went above and beyond to negotiate a settlement that was reasonable for us, while doing more work and getting more done for less fees than either of the other attorneys we had tried before her. My employer hired Irina per recommendation of a friend. Even though we are located in Texas and Irina’s law office is in NYC, the whole H1-B application process went really fast and smooth. Irina was in constant communication with me and my employer and has always returned every single phone call and email. I was extremely happy to get my H1-B petition approved.

Eventually, I had to travel back to India due to exigent family circumstances. When in India, I attempted to get a visa stamp in my passport but to my shock I received the 221(g) notice which meant I was found temporary ineligible for a visa back to the USA and that my case has been sent for further administrative processing. I was petrified as I thought that I will never be allowed back to the USA. I heard from my fellow Indian friends in similar position that it could take months sometimes even up to a year to get your case approved in India as they basically re-adjudicate it all over again. This is where Irina immediately came to my rescue. She urgently got in contact with my employer, prepared a large package of documents for me to submit to the USA Consulate in India, wrote a letter to the Consulate explaining my situation and followed up with them to expedite my case. Also, she has been in constant contact with me via email and offered her reassurances along each step. After stressful three weeks, I was finally granted approval and received my visa stamp which allowed me to come back to the USA. If you ever face similar 221(g) issue, I highly recommend using Irina’s services as she has all the necessary experience in this issue and can guide you through this extremely traumatic process.
