Anne Peyton Bryant

also known as Bryant & Bleier LLP

About me

Having worked for and learned from the best (Hon. Laura Drager, and Raoul Felder, Esq.), Ms. Bryant is a leader in the new generation of matrimonial lawyers. Both her legal experience and her life experience enable her to provide thorough representation handling all areas of domestic relations for both same sex and traditional relationships including; prenuptial agreements, divorce, separation, maintenance, child support, support modification, custody, visitation, relocation, and equitable distribution.

Ms. Bryant concentrates her practice on complex family and matrimonial law issues, including the negotiation and preparation of marital agreements (pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and settlement), parenting plans, the equitable distribution of assets, and all matters related to child custody. As a former court attorney for two years to the most respected and longest sitting matrimonial judge in Manhattan, Hon. Laura Drager, and thereafter an Associate at the law firm of famed divorce attorney Raoul Felder, Esq., also known as "the Duke of Divorce," Ms. Bryant represents individuals in all areas of contested family law or matrimonial law matters, from valuation and distribution of compilcated assets of net worth individuals, to child custody and visitation issues, to mundane splitting of retirement assets, and even uncontested divorce.

Ms. Bryant is well respected amongst both her peers and Judges as an aggressive advocate for her clients, both men and women alike. She is known to be readily accessible to her clients by office phone, cell phone, email, and text message at virtually any hour of the day, seven days a week. With Ms. Bryant on your team, you will never be in a tenuous relationship or parenting situation without her pointed advice to guide your next steps.

Ms. Bryant is avidly involved in learning about and exploring developing trends in matrimonial and family law. She has taught continuing legal education courses for the lawyers of DC-37 on issues relating to matrimonial and family law and been a guest speaker at both New York Law School, and the LGBT Center. Recent talks have included the topic of prenuptial agreements in same sex relationships, parental alienation, and successful settlement negotiations.
