    I would agree with Mr. Segal that you probably can, but should take steps to request one from your country of birth because eventually establishing identity is your responsibility. In immigration law, identity is always a question.

    I agree with my colleagues. Your parents are immediate relatives of an USC petitioner - you. They do not get to bring in derivatives. You brother will have to wait couple of years after the parents come and petition for him before he comes to.

    Usually the judge tells you on the record by which date to file an appeal. It should also be part of the decision. If not, 30 days from the date on the decision. Treat it as made in stone.
