Mr. Zachary Johnson is an outstanding professional who advised me regarding an issue with my college. Zack accompanied me to my school's hearing and successfully helped me prove my innocence.
Throughout the process, Zack was always available and guided me through every step of the way. Zack's writing was always of prime quality, an indication of his years of experience constructing legal arguments. In addition, Zack not only did the legal work, but also explained to me the legal intricacies and case law that were relevant to my situation.
I am highly grateful to have found Mr. Zachary Johnson and will definitely work with him again if I am ever in need of an attorney.
I’m not very knowledgeable in the legal system and Zachary made sure I felt comfortable and knew exactly what was going on during every step of the process. He responded almost instantly to any questions, emails, and was always available to talk. I highly recommend having someone who fights this hard for you in your corner.
Attorney Zack Johnson of the Law Firm Galluzzo & Johnson is a serious top notch Defense Lawyer. One of the main reasons I hired him was his previous experience and years spent working in the Manhattan D.A.'s office which clearly provides him with the unique knowledge and experience that can only be obtained from having worked both sides of the Legal spectrum. Zack Johnson's personal experience as a former Manhattan Prosecutor combined with his actual personal knowledge of some of the Judges and Prosecutors gives him the ability to guide and advise his clients in ways that many less experienced Defense Attorney's simply are unable to provide for a lack of experience of how the system works inside and out. Specifically, Mr. Johnson had my case successfully reduced from what could have been either a Criminal Felony and/or Misdemeanor charge resulting in a Criminal record to a simple Disorderly Conduct charge amounting to essentially no more than a serious traffic violation. Additionally he was able to achieve this in only one Court appearance instead of having to return the sometimes traditional two or three times to Court. Obviously not having to appear in Court more than necessary is always a good thing, but this was also beneficial because less appearances in Court means less Attorney hours to bill...in this regard Mr. Johnson was more than fair. He IS NOT one of those types of Attorney's that always seem to drag everything out in the hopes of being able to bill you for more hours. His rates/fees were extremely reasonable for the level of expertise and service provided. In closing I would just like to say that I highly recommend Attorney Zack Johnson to anyone who needs sound, fair, intelligent and accurate legal representation...but most of all I would have to say the number one reason is results...Zack Johnson achieves favorable results and rulings for his Clients...and in the end...that is really all that matters. Thank You Zack.
I retained Mr. Johnson to handle a criminal matter in Manhattan after speaking to him over the phone. Although I was in California and could not be in New York, Mr. Johnson handled everything and gave me constant updates and answered all my questions. Could not be happier with the outcome and I would not hesitate to retain Mr. Johnson and his partner (Mr. Galluzzo) in the future.
While, Zachary johnson may be a nice guy and overall decent human being his passion for his client is lacking in all departments. I hired him as my attorney and after months, I got absolutely no where with my case. I had to do all of the leg work for the case while he did nothing but push papers through. He did not prep me my meetings nor did he make any sort of effort to keep me informed or to try to show how the facts of the case were being falsified. I expect a lwayer to do anything in their power to win a case in some way, or be honest with their client and tell them the truth about how the case is panning out. After a month of hearing nothing from Mr. Johsnon I realized that my case was not of any relative importance to him and that I had basically thrown thousands of follars down the drain. With the amount of evidence I had and offered up to him I would have thought that he might actually try to use this information to prove my innocence but instead he rolled over and played dead for the state. It was a pathetic effort on his part.
