    You need an attorney to speak with about all these questions. If your case is being tried in tribal court, then you need an attorney in the tribal bar. Many attorneys in that area have entered this bar to help if their clients have an issue to be heard by tribal court. If your license has not been revoked you should be able to drive during this period.

    Immigration can see all records so will see this. Whether or not it will be problem with immigration is best answered by an immigration attorney.

    It is possible each state will use the time period in their statutes. However it would not be a waste of money to check with a local attorney to see consider appealing it.

    A voluntary admission can be released at any time. As your son is a minor you would have had to sign the voluntary admission. The other way is if he was considered a danger to himself or others, that would possibly be an involuntary admission and is allowed for a certain number of days.

    Really only your attorney can answer these questions. There are many reasons for adjournments and continuances that don't violate the law. If you feel this is divorce related discuss it with your divorce counsel.

    The answer is yes. The case is still open until it is dismissed and sealed and it will show up in a background check.

    The case should be sealed once the ACD period is done and dismissed. It should not show up on general background checks. An employment attorney can best tell about your area of employment.

    The spouse may have some liability considering how large the fraud was. There is also the fact that the entire family may have had a higher standard of living due to the fraud. This is something you need to consult an attorney about.
