Mr Reich was very friendly to me & my husband since the very beginning 6 months ago. He helped us with forms and questions regarding my immigration case. He always replied my emails immediately even though when he was on vacation ! I could say he handled my case professionally, he is just someone that you know you can trust and he did his best for us.

We have consulted Stuart for our green card cases. USCIS made errors when processing our cases, and the situation was further complicated when we received a couple of confusing immigration interview requests. Luckily, Stuart is extremely knowledgeable, not only about the immigration law, but also about every detail of the process and how to best interact with USCIS. He gave us crucial and detailed (step-by-step) advice on what to do next and how to handle interviews. Following his advice, the problem got fixed immediately and our interviews went very well -- everything works like a charm, and we got our green cards! I'm really happy that we have found Stuart. He is brilliant, extremely professional, and very reliable and considerate. He wants to spend time on our cases, listens to us patiently and carefully, and never let go even small issues. I have worked with several immigration lawyers in the past, and clearly Stuart is the best. I will absolutely recommend him.

I was really disappointed by the attitude of this lawyer. I found this lawyer on AVVO and decided to consult him about my immigration issue. My choice was based mostly on the apparently stellar reviews on his page. I called him up and set up a paid phone consultation. After a series of email exchanges with him answering my questions as they arose, I decided I'd retain him to help with my application. After mentioning this to him, he promised to get back to me the next day with the paperwork needed for the application. This was 12/18/2012. You won't believe that was the last I heard from this lawyer. He never got back to me, he never returned my phone calls, he never replied my emails to this day - almost 2 months and counting. He suddenly became a phantom to me. As if he was non-existent in the first instance. I have no problems if he changed his mind about taking up my case. That's not unusual. But would expect he'd be professional enough to tell me straight up, instead of allowing precious time to pass by. I was really disappointed by his attitude and I certainly won't recommend him to anyone I know. Big shame on Stuart J Reich!

Three years after my first H1B visa (you can see initial review under the title 'Excellent lawyer!'), I had the pleasure to work again with Stuart for the H1B renewal for another three years. As he had been before, Stuart has been available for all my doubts and questions, very helpful during all the process and could almost make you think that getting a work visa for the USA is actually very easy, when in truth it's far from it. After another round of paperwork and appointment, I received today my passport with my new H1B stamped visa .We definitely couldn't have made it without his tremendous help. As I did three years ago, I strongly recommend this lawyer for anyone who would need help for immigration in USA, this is someone you would definitely want at your side in this process!

Stuart Reich is extremely professional and knowledgeable immigration lawyer. He also has absolutely striking ability to understand the material outside the immigration law scope -- my case was NIW-EB2 (in biomedical science), and Stuart did impressive job drafting recommendation and cover letters, including the scientific part. The case was clearly presented, recommendation letters were clearly written, RFE was handled extremely fast and I140 was approved in a week after RFE was submitted (I need to clarify, that we had to submit RFE because USCIS missed out the evidences already submitted to them in the original application). Because I had to change the employer with already approved I140, Stuart wrote great explanation letter to support I485 application, and I and my husband got green cards in almost no time and very smooth. Also all immigration-related question me or my husband had for Stuart were answered very fast and accurate. I highly recommend Stuart Reich if you need a lawyer for employment-based immigration cases.

This lawyer is excellent,when I went to MR Stuart office, I did not have any hope and clearly I was expecting the worse,my case was very difficult (Waiver of Ground of Inadmissibility) in order for this case to be approved,my lawyer have to base my case in the Extreme Hardship my husband and my dauhgter would suffer if I have to depart or if they have to move abroad with me in a third world country,very hard to prove when both are in very good health! Mr Stuart was very patience with me,emailing me at any time I have questions or concerns,even calling me if was necessarily,this Lawyer really cares about his clients,he did not tell me what I want to hear,but I need to hear and what to be done in order for this case to be approved. Thanks to him my case was successful. Not only my waiver was approved I just received my Green Card last week.

I work in technology and was looking to get a green card. I checked out a few lawyers, but somehow Stuart seemed to be most knowledgeable and cost wise exactly where all the others were. And I was not disappointed: 1) He immediately knew what I needed 2) He was going through all my material, made him self familiar with my career and background down to all the details (we are talking laser physics here!) 3) Had solid advice how to proceed, was always available to any questions within a day (!) 4) Filing was a breeze 5) Helped me to hand in paperwork that passed through USCIS without one additional question. In record time. I rest my case. So yes, I recommend him. My experience was extremely good. Check him out, you will see what I mean.

When my husband and I got married (faster than we were planning on so that he could get his Green-card), trusted friends of ours recommended Stuart, and we were thrilled that they did! Neither my husband nor I knew anything about the legal labyrinth we were about to enter and Stuart made it all feel incredibly simple, uncomplicated, and even a little fun. He was always prompt with communication (often answering emails just a few minutes after we sent them), offered expert advice, and completely prepared us for interview (which was the element for which we both had the most trepidation). We both highly and enthusiastically recommend him!

Very Professional. Highly recommended Stuart is a very knowledgeable and professional immigration lawyer. My case was quiet complicated because of the mistake from my employer. I had to transfer from H1B to F1 to H1B. Stuart was patient with me and steered my case to the right path. It took me 2 months back to the track. I cannot make it work without Stuart. Appreciate it, Stuart!

I've worked with a few lawyers concerning immigration, but no one is as helpful as Stuart. My situation was particularly complicated, but Stuart was able to explain to me all the details and our action steps even despite a very short (and stressful!) time frame. Stuart's calm demeanor, paired with his expansive knowledge on immigrant visas, assured me that I was in the right hands. I could tell that he really cares about his clients, as he walked me through every step of the process. I highly recommend Stuart, and hope to work with him again in the future.
