RB was very honest in telling me how things generally work, so that I could save money rather than taking on a long litigious approach. He did his best and tried to settle things out of court, saving me court time and legal fees. He has extensive knowledge in tax law and estate trusts. I felt fortunate to have him as an attorney he is a valuable weapon to have on your side. The only down side I found is that he works alone so you might have to wait for him to get back to you and leave a message on voice mail but he eventually returned my calls later in the evening the same day. He graduated top of his law class at NYU., I found his fees are reasonable for his expertise and experience. He handled my guardianship and trust expediently and thoroughly.
RB esquire dealt with the three parties involved in my mothers payment closing and skirted around the family dynamics: an over controlling brother and my mother who parroted my uncle's concerns, by swiftly responding to them and getting the matter resolved quickly this keeping fees reasonable. RB was efficient, he worked to get this property quickly sold and out of litigation and he was very detailed oriented. Would work with him again. .
He took on my case which has tuned difficult rather not say what its about but he kept my fee agreement the same, sends me emails, texts(while i am at work so I know whats going on) and is very fast in returning calls. my case will take a longer time now but he had said i needed to be patient. Easy to talk to
