About Me

I have over 30 years experience working as an accountant and attorney.  I am the senior managing member (partner) of an accounting firm and owner of a law firm whose employees are dedicated primarily to tax controversy representation, tax advisement and tax preparation. Our goal is to provide peace of mind to our clients with respect to IRS and State tax controversy matters.

We use a team approach that focuses our decades of experience, education and expertise to provide excellent service to our clients in a compassionate, professional and reliable manner, with a sense of urgency.  When you call our office, a real person answers!  We carry out our work and our relationships with integrity, while passionately representing our clients and looking out for their best interests.

Imagine, if you will, coming into our office overwhelmed and anxious about your personal or business tax issues.  Maybe you are facing a bank levy?  Possibly a garnishment?  How are we going to help you deal with that?   During our first meeting, we will get to the real issues impacting you, talk about alternative solutions and provide a customized, written plan of action to take with you when you leave.  Having that plan, knowing that you are in good hands, will provide you with peace of mind.
