About Me

I am a family law attorney in Clinton, New Jersey.  I have been at Gebhardt & Kiefer since July 2008.  Prior to joining the firm, I worked as a New Jersey State Deputy Attorney General in Professional Boards Prosecution.

In addition to practicing law, I devote a lot of time to additional community activities.  I am an active member in the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce and am part of the 2013 Leadership Hunterdon Class.

In 2012 I was nominated to the Hunterdon County Bar Association and currently serve as secretary and am currently serving as the Vice President.  I am also the Chair of the Scholarship Committee as well as the Family Law, Young Lawyers and Finance Committees.

I have the pleasure of serving on the Gala Committee for Anderson House, a wonderful organization.

Most recently, in 2014, I was named a partner at the firm and was nationally ranked and recognized as a Top 10 under 40 family law attorney and Ten Best under 40 client satisfaction award.

  • William W Goodwin

I endorse this lawyer. Diana began working for me 7 years ago. I suspected she'd be a talented lawyer based on the top flight clerkship she had completed with Judge Thomas H. Dilts. She has not disappointed. Her knowledge of the law is first rate as are her writing and analytical skills. What sets her apart from many of her peers is her ability to guide clients through such a difficult time in their lives with maturity far beyond her years and an innate professionalism. I am fortunate to have her on our team.
