Description:Defendant was charged with first degree sex crime. Pled guilty to Third degree endangering the welfare of minor. Defendant found out he could not live with his own child and wanted to wothdraw his plea. Law Division said he could not, because it was a collateral consequence. On Appeal, the court said that not being able to live with your family is of such a consequence that it must be made known to defendant.
