About Me

ROBERT F. BROGAN concentrates his practice in elder law, including Medicaid Planning, asset preservation, guardianships, Special Needs Planning, Wills and trusts, estate and trust administration and probate litigation.


 


Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the ABA-accredited National Elder Law Foundation, Mr. Brogan is Chair of the Elder and Disability Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association.  He was a Director on the Board of Directors of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys [NAELA] and was Co-Editor of the NAELA eBulletin published for 5000 lawyers weekly. He serves as the legislative liaison for both the Elder Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is past Chair of the Ocean County Bar Association Elder Law Committee.


 


Mr. Brogan regularly lectures in New Jersey and nationally regarding Medicaid planning, trust and estate planning, special needs planning and the legal impact of healthcare issues on seniors, the disabled, and their family members.  He is the author of articles published by New Jersey Lawyer Magazine, the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
