Sean is the consummate professional. He was responsive, proactive and his follow up was phenomenal. He was forthright and direct with his feedback, but always optimistic. He was diligent and committed to getting the best possible outcome and leveraged his knowledge, expertise, and relationships to make it happen. It was a pleasure working with him and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for the type of legal counsel described above.
Mr. Spinello was a great help with a recent traffic violation. Hoping to avoid points, I looked for an attorney to assist with my case.
I have only good things to say about his quick response time, knowledge of the court process and the best way for me to avoid penalties and points.
Thanks to his diligence and work to schedule my court dates, my ticket was cleared of points, leaving me with a fine. Overall positive experience working with Mr. Spinello, I would highly recommend him/his legal services to anyone in the Monmouth/Middlesex areas.
I received a couple of tickets, one was very serious (leaving scene of an accident) and carried mandatory suspension of license. Mr. Spinello was very knowledgeable and explained the issues right up front. He didn't make any false promises but said he was optimistic he could help me and get the most severe ticket dropped. As promised, he met with the prosecutor and within minutes negotiated that the most severe ticket get dropped and had me plead guilty to the lesser offense, which only carried $100 fine. I am so happy that I contacted Mr. Spinello and didn't go to court without his representation. I can't imagine losing my license. Don't try to go it alone! He was so kind, approachable and very comforting during this whole ordeal. I would never hesitate to use him again.
I had an unsafe driving ticket. Luckily found Mr. Sean Spinello. From the first phone call to the court day - easy, efficient and very professional experience with Sean. I did not have to do a thing, Sean took care of everything. He will fight for you all the way, will not cut corners and take easy deals. That's what happened to me before, but as a result of Sean's knowledge, experience and most importantly, willingness to fight for what is right - my ticket was completely dismissed. If I ever find myself in need of an attorney again, I will not hesitate to contact him. From the bottom of my heart - thank you so much for taking care of my problem!
I found Mr. Sean Spinello to be very knowledgable and highly professional when he represented me in my traffic violation.
He didn't promise anything upfront, but it was obvious that he knew what he was doing . My first time serious traffic ticket was going to set me back monetarily, I may have gotten jail time as well as increase in my auto insurance rate along with up to 5 points on my DMV record.
Mr. Spinello was able to get this unintentional violation reduced to something that would not seriously jeopardize my driving record, he made sure I got no jail time and I just had to pay a fine.
Mr. Spinello sincerely cares about his clients and is awesome to work with. He was always available with courteous response when I had any questions. He personally came to the court to represent me instead of sending his legal representative.
I highly recommend Mr. Spinello's legal service as he did a fantastic job resolving my case for me and I couldn't be more satisfied!
I had a very good experience with Sean in representing my son. I could not have asked for better service. Very quick to answer to any questions that you have. Explained the process and what could or could not happen but was very assuring that he knew what the end results were going to be and that exactly what happened.
First and foremost Sean is a seriously great guy. He is easygoing, confident and evidently experienced. After talking to him for the first five minutes he almost immediately put me at ease and I felt as though I was talking to a friend. This is very helpful. For me whenever I decide to hire an attorrney it is usually a fairly stressful process plagued with many questions and uncertainties, which is not fun. Sean truly does deserve the highest marks [for the categories of trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable, and informative] as he makes the whole process feel more simple and less stressful. He is straightforward, lucid, respectful and sincerely wants to help. Enough praise, now for the facts:
I do not know Sean personally aside from meeting him for my case. I have nothing to gain by writing this. I'm just happy & grateful and would like others to see the same results I have, in addition to helping out Sean in the process (Win-WIn!) There were no surprises and everything was laid out clearly from the beginning. FYI I was in a minor automobile accident and in addition to having my car totaled and potentially facing lawsuit(s), I received 2 traffic tickets (1 for points)-- you can imagine the surprise, frustration, aggravation, etc. I just wanted it to be over. I was able to leave court only paying a small fine, and received no points (much to the chagrin of my insurance company and the good ol Garden State MVC) Great sucess!
Thanks again Sean!
Got a Ticket issue by a Bus Driver, for passing Bus while lights were On, facing License Suspension, fees and probably Jail time, Sean was able to bring down to only $106.00 ticket plus $33 court fee, 2 points were add it to my license but compared to how big the other penalties were, I cant be more then satisfy with the results, very responsive, professional lawyer.
Already recommended him to 3 of my friends. Keep up the good work. If I ever get into a traffic/DMV related situation Mr. Spinello will be the first person i call.
I was charged with going 40 over the limit and Sean helped me bring it down to what could have been 0 points, had I not used up all of my moving violations. Nonetheless, 2 points is pretty good for a case where I could have been given 5 and lost my license.
