About Me

Randall Brett is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York and before the Federal Courts in New Jersey. His practice areas include business and commercial law, employment law, and civil and criminal litigation. 

Mr. Brett has obtained significant results for many clients in litigation and through negotiation. He has litigated complex commercial matters, represented clients in a wide variety of business negotiations, and fought for employees who suffered wrongful termination or discriminatory treatment.

In addition to being a practicing attorney, Randall Brett is on the adjunct faculty of Rutgers University School of Law, where he teaches Employment Litigation. He also speaks on various legal issues before business and education groups.

Mr. Brett received his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University and has an MBA from Northwestern University. His Bachelors degree is from the University of Illinois.

Prior to forming his practice, Randall Brett was an associate with a major New Jersey labor law firm. Earlier in his career, Mr. Brett was a senior executive with multinational corporations in several industries and played key roles in establishing and building international operations. He has founded two consulting companies and led staff functions in others.

Coupled with his own law practice, Randall Brett is Special Counsel to Fulginiti and Associates LLC, responsible for litigation, general business and commercial matters and employment law representation. He is also Past Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association Solo and Small Firm Section, a delegate to the General Counsel, and is an active member of the New Jersey chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association. Mr. Brett volunteers his time providing legal services to non-profit groups representing disadvantaged individuals and families, civic and arts organizations, and environmental/conservation interests.
