Cathy Brackin is a Social Security disability attorney. I tried to get SSD for my husband but had no success. We were introduced to Cathy Brackin who agreed to take on our case. She kept us informed of every aspect of the case. My husband has difficulty in reading and writing. He also gets very nervous when talking to doctors or attorneys and understanding what they have to say. Cathy spoke to my husband with dignity, never making him feel uncomfortable. She spoke in a language where he understood what was happening with his case. If you ever tried reading anything from Social Security it is very confusing, I was able to call Cathy or email her anytime with my questions she always got back to me in a timely manner. Cathy won our case. Her hard work paid off for my husband. We would recommend her to everyone that has to deal with Social Security Disability. She truly is the best attorney we have ever met.

I came to Cathy after trying for 2 1/2 years to get disability for myself. I found out very quickly that all attorneys are NOT created equal! Cathy is an EXCELLENT attorney and a wonderful person who takes time to really listen and makes you feel like you are her ONLY client and not "just another case". As stressful as this process can get - it's nice to know you can relax because your case is in extremely capable hands. Cathy follows up on everything (without being asked) and always kept me informed. I would recommend her to ANYONE who wants a competent, honest and knowledgeable attorney who gets the job done!

Cathy was extremely diligent in her pursuit of my disability claim. Her follow up was impeccable and she
always returned calls and/or emails promptly, even if she was on vacation or at a work conference. She was always available for questions and I found her to be extremely honest.

My experience with Cathy Brackin was excellent. She gave me information on the phone when making appointment as to what she would need from me when seeing her. She was very nice and very informative of the whole process. She gave good explanation of how social security works with going out on permanent disability. She was very quick with the process and it was very nice to feel so comfortable with her. I have recommended several clients to her and would continue in the future.

Ms. Bracken filed a Social Security Disability application on behalf of my disabled brother who is mentally challenged and was unable to file the application himself. She assessed his medical records and interviewed me extensively to determine the need for her assistance, She kept me informed on a timely basis of the application status. Her expertise in the Social Security Disability filing process was key in the quick approval response received on behalf of my brother.

Cathy worked on a very difficult over 6 year battle I had tried to handle myself for 5 years. I found Cathy in a newspaper add and decided to try an attorney. Within a year, she resolved this complicated, misfiled denied SSD claim to help my family. Her knowledge of SSD in uncanny. I actually felt her fee was too low for the work she did for me. She ALWAYS SLWAYS got back to me on every call or email. Attys just dont do that. She is one of a kind, I cannot give a higher recommendation. Thank you again Csthy!!

Cathy is very persistent and diligent in her work. She is also fair--minded,compassionate and not easily shocked. She represented my daughter and husband on separate occasions for disability claims. The cases proceeded exactly as she predicted. Both won their claims which would have been impossible for us to do without her.

I applied for SSD in October, was denied in January. I contacted Ms. Brackin, she took me in right away and handled the paperwork for a review of my case. She took me in right away and completed my questionnaires, submitting all forms by fax and internet, no delays. When second review was denied, she set up an appeal in Pennsauken, had docket no. and court date in very short time. Before court date, March 30, a letter came from the judge, finding for me "in full favor". When I called her, she stopped what she was doing and called the judge and verified the authenticity of the letter. (her letter came snailmail the next day). Total time: about 2 months.
