Bill Maderer is Managing Member of the Firm and specializes in employment litigation, complex business litigation, higher education law, corporate investigations and white collar criminal defense. He has successfully tried employment, business and criminal cases to verdict in both federal and state courts. He also has been retained to conduct independent investigations to assist clients in detecting employee misconduct in both civil and criminal matters.
